Alpha Networks in Belgium is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead local projects within our hybrid work model. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate stages, and ensure milestones are met while configuring the platform to client needs.

You will perform end-to-end testing, deliver quality software, manage client relationships and document progress. English is essential; French/Spanish are a plus, and knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, Git and related tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in software project management.
• Good leadership, decision-making and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French and Spanish are a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Jira/Confluence familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
• Coordinate and supervise every stage of the project.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time.
• Configure the platform according to customer needs.
• Perform end-to-end tests to ensure delivery quality.
• Deliver completed software products per scope.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Create and maintain project documentation; train clients.
