EPAM Systems in Belgium seeks a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to oversee large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region. You will hold full accountability for delivery outcomes, client relationships and commercial performance, while fostering continuous improvement and developing a strong management team.

You will combine strategic oversight with technical depth, challenging decisions, resolving challenges, and collaborating with engineering and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large, multi-year, multi-team programs (50+ FTE).
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise commerce or digital transformation projects in a consulting context.
• Experience with legacy-to-microservices modernization.
• Experience delivering for retail, grocery, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Experience managing program budgets of $10M+ annually.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud-native delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and executive-level communication.
• Experience with SAFe/LeSS or other scaled agile approaches.
• Ability to engage in architectural discussions with senior engineers.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through completion in line with EPAM processes.
• Manage client relationships and expectations at project, program and governance levels.
• Address client issues, identify engagement risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans and coordinate proposals and statements of work.
• Oversee multiple activity streams and align them with SDLC and IT service management processes.
• Own all aspects of delivery, including financial, sourcing, implementation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary global teams to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives.
