IT-Planet is seeking an AI Governance Program Manager to join our client in Brussels, leading cross-functional governance for safe, compliant AI adoption.

In a fast-paced agile environment, you will align IT, Data, Risk, Legal and Compliance stakeholders, design operating models, and drive the content and deliverables for policy and controls.

The role requires 5–10+ years in program management, a master’s degree, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in program/project management for transversal governance, regulatory or risk initiatives.
• AI/Data governance exposure is a strong plus.
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Experience orchestrating multi‑stakeholder programs with senior visibility and political sensitivity.
• Comfortable operating in agile environments; Scrum/Kanban is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Structure and drive the AI Governance Program across the group.
• Coordinate stakeholders from IT, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Business.
• Establish operating model, processes, and controls for trustworthy AI at scale.
• Build and maintain program roadmap, backlog, milestones, RAID and dependencies.
• Report progress to executives and governance CoE; manage escalations.
