Innova Solutions in Belgium seeks a Senior AI Governance Coordinator to drive an enterprise-wide AI governance program, ensuring responsible, compliant, and scalable AI adoption across the business.

You will lead governance initiatives, establish frameworks, and coordinate across Data, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance, while communicating updates to executives. Strong experience in program governance and agile delivery is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in program management, governance, risk, compliance or regulatory transformation.
• 3+ years exposure to AI governance initiatives.
• Expert stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience in agile environments.

• Lead and coordinate AI Governance initiatives across multiple business functions
• Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Data, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams
• Manage governance roadmaps, risks, dependencies, reporting, and executive communications
• Support AI lifecycle governance including risk assessment, approvals, monitoring, and compliance
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Transformation
