NextLink in Brussels, Belgium seeks a Senior AI IT Risk, Compliance & Operational Resilience Consultant to strengthen risk governance for ICT and AI across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, remediation planning, and AI governance improvements while coordinating with IT, Cybersecurity, and business teams. Fluency in English with French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational risk and compliance.
• Experience in audit, internal control, or risk management.
• Experience in financial or insurance sector.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies; AI Act knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen ICT and AI risk management framework within CITO.
• Support teams in Business Risk Assessments and identify risks.
• Define and monitor remediation plans with stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI governance implementation and improvement.
• Ensure alignment with AI/operational resilience/regulatory outsourcing.

NextLink is having an existingposition as a Senior AI IT Risk, Compliance &Operational Resilience Consultant in Brusselsarea, Belgium.

The consultantwill be responsible for:

• Strengthening the ICT and AI risk management framework within CITO.
• Supportingteams in conducting Business Risk Assessments and identifying operational,cyber, regulatory,contractual, and fraud risks.
• Defining andmonitoring remediation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contributingto the implementation and improvement of AI governance.
• Ensuringalignment with regulatory requirements related to AI, operational resilience,and outsourcing.
• Advisingteams on exit strategies, critical supplier management, compliance controls,and requirementsfrom the National Bank of Belgium.
• Participating in the development of risk management dashboards and indicators.
• SupportingAI4IT transformation programmes by integrating risk, compliance, resilience,and fraud preventiondimensions.
