g2 Recruitment is looking for a Senior AI Engineer & Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in Brussels, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Databricks.

You will design secure RAG platforms, build data pipelines for indexing large datasets, and partner with stakeholders to ensure security, governance and cloud best practices, using MLflow for monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
• Design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure stack.
• Experience building RAG platforms and data pipelines for large datasets.
• Experience with MLflow for evaluation and monitoring of LLMs.

Responsabilités

Contract - 12 month freelance (Extension likely)

Be a part of the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Databricks.

Responsible for building secure and scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, partnering with Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment with security, governance, and cloud best practices throughout the organisation.

Design and implement automated data pipelines to ingest and index large-scale datasets into Azure AI Search, enabling high-performance AI-powered retrieval.

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. Establish monitoring, evaluation, and MLOps frameworks using MLflow to assess LLM performance, retrieval accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
