AGAD Technology is seeking an AI/GenAI Engineer for a large financial institution in Brussels with a hybrid onsite requirement (2 days per week on site). You will own small to medium features from start to finish, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and production support.

You will collaborate with teammates to develop AI-powered solutions, apply engineering best practices, and contribute to secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/GenAI engineering experience.
• Experience with Azure AI services and LLM-based apps.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch preferred.

We are looking for an AI / GenAI Engineer to join a large financial institution based in Brussels (2 days/week onsite).

In this role, you will own small to medium-sized features from start to finish, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and supporting them in production. You will contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions while following engineering best practices and collaborating closely with your team.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering best practices related to security, performance, scalability, and DevSecOps
• Proactively solve problems and contribute to improving existing systems
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the team's overall success
• Support and coach colleagues where needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI / Generative AI Engineering
