g2 Recruitment is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in a hybrid setup. You will leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Databricks to build secure, scalable RAG platforms and drive AI initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and cloud best practices are embedded in all solutions, while establishing MLflow-based monitoring and MLOps for

Senior AI Engineer Hybrid

Be a part of the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Databricks. Responsible for building secure and scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, partnering with Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment with security, governance, and cloud best practices throughout the organisation. Design and implement automated data pipelines to ingest and index large-scale datasets into Azure AI Search, enabling high-performance AI-powered retrieval. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. Establish monitoring, evaluation, and MLOps frameworks using MLflow to assess LLM performance, retrieval accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
