g2 Recruitment is looking for a Senior AI Engineer & Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in Brussels, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Databricks.

You will design secure RAG platforms, build data pipelines for indexing large datasets, and partner with stakeholders to ensure security, governance and cloud best practices, using MLflow for monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
• Design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure stack.
• Experience building RAG platforms and data pipelines for large datasets.
• Experience with MLflow for evaluation and monitoring of LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Build secure and scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation platforms.
• Design automated data pipelines to ingest/index large datasets into Azure AI Search.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Establish monitoring, evaluation and MLOps frameworks using MLflow.
