Montash in Brussels is seeking an experienced AI/GenAI Data Scientist for a freelance engagement on a daily rate. You will design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions, including Generative AI, to support a leading client in Brussels.

You will deploy ML models, build scalable Azure-based infrastructure, implement MLOps, and integrate LLMs for RAG and document processing, while ensuring data quality, governance, and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Master's/PhD in CS, AI, econometrics, or data science.
• Strong ML fundamentals including forests, neural networks, RL.
• GenAI experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Azure cloud experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deploy ML/deep learning models, including GenAI, to solve complex business problems.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure (Azure ML, AKS).
• Implement MLOps pipelines for automated training, validation, and deployment.

We are seeking an experienced AI/GenAI Data Scientist to support a leading client in Brussels. You will design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions - including Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy ML/deep learning models, including GenAI, to solve complex business problems
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure (Azure ML, AKS)
• Implement MLOps pipelines for automated training, validation, and deployment
• Integrate LLMs for RAG, document processing, and conversational AI

Required Experience & Skills

• Master's/PhD in a technical field (CS, AI, Econometrics, Data Science)
• Strong ML fundamentals - forests, neural networks, reinforcement learning
• GenAI experience - prompt engineering, LLM integration
• Strong Python and SQL
• Azure cloud experience preferred
• Fluent Dutch or French, working knowledge of the other, plus English
