Job summary

EY Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager – AI & Data to lead complex AI and data engagements, shaping strategies and roadmaps with C-level stakeholders. You will guide architecture, data platforms and transformation programs, balancing business value with governance and secure delivery.

You will build and coach cross-disciplinary teams, drive AI governance, and advance offerings in Generative AI, data engineering and cloud-native solutions across clients in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in AI, Data, tech consulting or transformation.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and architecture judgment.
• Experience with Generative AI, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, ML, MLOps or LLMOps.
• Experience with data engineering, architecture, data products and APIs.
• Cloud familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP; Databricks/Snowflake; Python/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/Data transformation engagements from discovery to value realization.
• Interface with C-level and senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps and investments.
• Design scalable AI/Data architectures and cloud-native platforms.
• Oversee solution design, prototyping and engineering decisions.
• Build and coach multidisciplinary teams; drive governance and responsible AI.
