Job summary

Accenture Belgium is seeking a Data & AI Strategist to advise clients on creating and capturing value from AI and data. You will define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations.

You translate complex data into actionable insights and engage senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Strategy, with exposure to AI Strategy considered a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to leverage technology to address complex business challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Good understanding of financial statements, including the ability to read and interpret balance sheets.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, along with professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
