Job summary

EY Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager - AI & Data to lead major AI and data transformation initiatives that connect strategy to scalable technology assets. You will shape AI strategy, design cloud-native architectures and guide engineering teams across GenAI, ML, and data platforms while driving governance and responsible AI practices.

You will work with senior client leaders, develop compelling proposals, and expand EY's AI offerings across industries.

Qualifications

Typically 5-8+ years of experience in AI, data or enterprise transformation.
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to challenge architecture and delivery choices.
Experience with Generative AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG and ML concepts.
Clear commercial mindset and ability to relate technology to business value.

Responsibilities

Lead major AI Transformation, Digital Transformation and Data & AI programs with business value in view.
Define AI Strategy, Data Strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Oversee AI Architecture, Data Architecture and cloud-native platforms.
Oversee solution design, prototypes and engineering decisions across ML/LMS stacks.
Build and coach multidisciplinary teams and foster governance and responsible AI.
