Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Project Manager in Belgium to lead end-to-end AI initiatives for Financial Services clients, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will govern delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive secure SDLC/MLOps while ensuring Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex technology programs, incl. AI/ML in Financial Services.
• Expert in Agile/Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong backlog management, story mapping, sprint/PI planning.
• Familiar with AI building blocks and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives for Financial Services clients.
• Establish and run robust delivery governance with clear reporting.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary squads and third parties.
• Drive secure SDLC and MLOps practices across teams.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR, DORA).
• Plan change management, training, and business readiness.
• Own program backlog and roadmap; manage dependencies.
• Support proposals, estimations, and client meetings as delivery lead.
