Job summary

Sailpeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm specializing in guiding Banking & Insurance through digital transformation, seeks a Consultant with 4+ years of experience in AI-related projects. You will work on challenging banking projects and contribute to internal AI initiatives to expand Sailpeak's offering.

You will translate roadmaps into concrete requirements, align business and AI/tech teams, document processes, and identify automation opportunities. Growth into leadership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text, digital assistants).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French/Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Product Roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Document and optimize process flows, workflows, and functional specifications, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics to guide decision-making.
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment for a long-term transitioning into a management or leadership role as the team and portfolio expand.
