Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate/retail payments.
• In-depth payments knowledge across domestic and international rails.
• Strong data-driven, analytical mindset with stakeholder empathy.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with PSD2/3, GDPR and regulatory risk contexts.

Responsabilités

• Build roadmaps, KPIs, budgets, and collect/document business requirements and specs.
• Model processes and systems using design thinking and flow diagrams.
• Bridge IT and business teams, managing priorities and expectations.
• Apply domain knowledge of bank processes (KYC, Monitoring, Sanctions) and compliance context.
