Job summary

SailPeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm guiding Banking & Insurance through digital transformation, is seeking a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work on AI-related projects for banking clients and contribute to internal AI initiatives.

In this role you will translate roadmaps into clear requirements, bridge business and tech teams, document processes, identify automation opportunities, and support testing, rollout and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text, digital assistants).
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Translate the Product Roadmap into business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
Bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
Document and optimize process flows, workflows, and functional specifications, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics to guide decision-making.
