Sailpeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our Brussels team. You will translate business needs into requirements, bridge gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams, and optimize end-to-end processes for banking and insurance clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance (or consulting for these industries).
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Interest/Nice-to-Have: AI and automation technologies (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Map and analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders, capturing feedback and tracking progress.
• Support delivery and rollout through change management, testing, training, and adoption.
• Provide insights and reporting on project KPIs, adoption metrics, and outcomes.
