Capgemini Engineering seeks a Lead AI Agent Engineer to own the full AI agent lifecycle within a Security Operations environment, from identifying high-impact use cases through deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.

You will design and build AI-powered solutions for security operations, collaborating with analysts and engineers to deliver measurable value while ensuring production readiness and transfer of knowledge to the security operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Master's degree is required.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment, including building, deploying and maintaining production‑ready systems.

Responsabilités

• Designing, building and maintaining production-ready AI agents that support security operations use cases such as threat intelligence gathering, enrichment and vulnerability management.
• Translating cybersecurity challenges into reliable, maintainable and scalable AI-enabled solutions suitable for enterprise production environments.
• Identifying emerging opportunities where AI can create measurable value for security operations and rapidly validating these ideas through structured experimentation.
• Collaborating closely with security analysts, engineers and subject matter experts to refine requirements, validate outcomes and support the adoption of delivered solutions.
• Creating clear technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long‑term sustainability and handover to the security operations team.
