Eye Security seeks a Staff AI Security Engineer to champion AI security, explore opportunities, build working prototypes and help turn experiments into production capabilities.

Initial focus areas include Agentic SOC, AI-driven vulnerability hunting and securing Eye’s own AI systems. You will work with the Research & Innovation team and CTO to ship real, secure AI capabilities to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on cybersecurity experience across SOC, IR, threat detection or security engineering.
• Ability to identify valuable research questions and develop working prototypes with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical judgment to influence engineers and security specialists.

Responsabilités

• Expand Agentic SOC capabilities by prototyping agents and measuring impact on analyst performance.
• Develop scalable agentic workflows to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize actions across environments.
• Translate prototypes into customer-facing tools and shippable capabilities.
• Assess risks in AI systems (LLMs, RAG) and implement practical engineering controls.
• Collaborate with team principals and cross-organizational stakeholders to push findings into production.
• Publish technical research and represent Eye Security in talks and content.
