Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Consultant to help clients turn AI strategy into production. You will identify high-value use cases, embed AI-driven ways of working, and design end-to-end AI solutions with data engineers and business stakeholders.

You will guide clients on generative AI, RAG architectures, and adoption, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations for executives. You will also mentor teams and promote reusable AI assets across engagements.

Qualifications

• Solid grasp of generative AI and LLMs, incl. prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Experience with AI tooling for research, development and delivery.
• Ability to build and iterate using AI-assisted workflows.
• Proficient writing and communication using AI tools for deliverables.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business-ready recommendations.
• English plus Dutch or French fluency.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Embed AI-driven ways of working within project teams and deliverables.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions with data/ML engineers and stakeholders.
