Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Lead AI Agent Engineer to own the full AI agent lifecycle within a Security Operations environment, from identifying high-impact use cases through to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement. You will design and build AI-powered solutions for security operations teams in an enterprise setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in cybersecurity and a Master’s degree, with proven experience delivering production-ready AI-enabled solutions and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Master's degree is required.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment, including building, deploying and maintaining production-ready systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and take full ownership from concept through to implementation, documentation and handover.

• Collaborating closely with security analysts, engineers and subject matter experts to refine requirements, validate outcomes and support the adoption of delivered solutions.
• Creating clear technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long-term sustainability and handover to the security operations team.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response or related cybersecurity disciplines
• Master's degree
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment, including building, deploying and maintaining production-ready systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership from concept through to implementation, documentation and handover
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multidisciplinary environments, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where requirements may mature over time, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to balance innovation with pragmatic delivery
