ConSol Partners in Belgium is seeking a Lead AI Agent Engineer to advance AI-powered security operations. You will own the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that enhance threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response within a large Security Operations team.

The role emphasizes production-grade solutions, close collaboration with security analysts and engineers, and the creation of clear documentation to enable long-term support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience building production-ready AI-enabled security solutions.
• Ability to own projects from concept to handover and documentation.
• Translate operational requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the full AI agent lifecycle from use case to deployment and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for AI to add measurable value for Security Operations and validate ideas through experiments.
• Translate cybersecurity challenges into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
• Work with security analysts, engineers and SMEs to refine requirements and ensure adoption.
• Build, deploy and maintain production-ready AI agents for Security Operations.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials for long-term support.
• Establish handover processes so SOC can operate ongoing AI support.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and pursue continuous improvement.
