act digital is seeking an experienced AI professional to join our Team Agents initiative in Brussels. You will work with pioneering business teams to identify and shape concrete use cases, and help move them from idea to production-ready solutions.

You will also contribute to the Agentic Platform by co-developing reusable components, templates and connectors, while ensuring learnings flow back into the platform and align with architecture and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions from idea to production.
• Experience integrating solutions via APIs with Python and AWS.
• Ability to coach business stakeholders and early adopters.
• Collaborates with platform or engineering teams to create reusable assets.
• Balances delivery speed, governance, maintainability and reuse.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, MCP, A2A, RAG and AI governance.

Responsabilités

• Identify and shape Team Agent use cases with business teams.
• Co-design and build Team Agents with business pioneers.
• Move use cases from prototype to production-ready solutions.
• Coach teams in adoption and operation of Team Agents.
• Coordinate with platform team to share learnings and templates.
• Ensure reusable components feed back into the platform.
