Parloa in Belgium is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments and integrate Parloa's platform with CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems. You will shape the conversational layer with prompt engineering and ensure reliable, scalable AI solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles in solution or systems architecture.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations across CRMs/ERPs and ticketing platforms.
• Ability to design integrations across enterprise systems and data sources.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI Agent deployment architectures connecting Parloa's platform to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms).
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, applying systems thinking to multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance in real-world conditions.
• Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute reliably.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to align with brand standards.
• Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
