Accenture Belgium is seeking a hands-on AI/LLM Architect to design and build advanced AI systems spanning classic ML, generative AI, and agentic architectures. You will translate requirements into concrete architecture decisions, work with foundation models, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability across security, observability, and governance.

You will produce tangible engineering artifacts, code components, and ADRs while collaborating with data engineers, ML engineers, and application

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing enterprise AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML with at least one cloud vendor.
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI architectures and systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python for architectural work.
• Experience with LLM-driven applications and model integration.
• Industry experience in big data, ML, NLP and scalable engineering solutions.

Responsabilités

• Independently design, build, and deliver software components across the AI architecture end to end.
• Design AI agent architectures including prompts, tools, and memory systems.
• Design and implement agent orchestration patterns and validate via prototyping.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, and reliability.
• Develop evaluation strategies for accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
• Architect and implement foundation model integrations and customization.
• Build model adaptation, fine-tuning pipelines and context layers.
• Develop embedding, vector storage, and retrieval into end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Create context assembly and memory components for grounded outputs.
• Identify reusable components and templated patterns.
• Optimize cost, performance, and resource utilization.
• Design and validate systems against security, governance, and Responsible AI.
• Build governance, versioning, audit trails, and model documentation.
• Implement observability: logging, tracing, monitoring, alerts, cost tracking.
• Produce architecture artifacts and runbooks to guide teams.
• Learn, evaluate, and apply new design patterns and technologies.
