Accenture Belgium is seeking an hands‑on AI/LLM Architect to design and build enterprise AI systems across classic ML, generative AI, and agentic architectures. You will translate requirements into architecture decisions, prototype agent orchestration, and ensure scalable, secure implementations that ground outputs in enterprise data.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end AI system delivery and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Well versed in agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML approaches.
• Strong Python coding experience.
• Solid foundation for architecting LLM-driven applications.
• Experience in designing big data, ML, DL and NLP solutions.

Responsabilités

• Independently design, build, and deliver AI software components end-to-end.
• Design AI agent architectures including prompts, tools, and memory systems.
• Create robust agent orchestration patterns and prototypes.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Develop evaluation strategies for accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
• Architect integrations for foundation models (finetuning, RAG, custom integrations).
• Build model adaptation and fine-tuning pipelines for transformer-based models.
• Design the AI context layer with knowledge base ingestion and indexing.
• Implement embedding, vector storage, and retrieval in RAG pipelines.
• Design memory components for grounded, contextual outputs.
• Create reusable components and templated patterns for engagements.
• Optimize costs and performance, including caching and resource use.
• Ensure security, guardrails, PII handling, and governance.
• Implement governance like versioning, auditing, and lineage.
• Add observability: logging, tracing, monitoring, alerts, cost tracking.
• Produce architecture artifacts to guide teams.
