NextLink Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Agent Developer to join our consulting team and collaborate with a key client in the pharmaceutical sector. You will contribute to an enterprise-grade conversational analytics agent combining Generative AI, agentic systems, and data governance to deliver secure, governable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building LLM-based applications and conversational analytics solutions.
• Experience with Python and advanced SQL in production-grade projects.
• Familiarity with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, function calling, agent orchestration.
• Experience with Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex capabilities.
• Knowledge of LangGraph or similar agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with evaluation/observability tools (Ragas, DeepEval, LangSmith, W&B, Arize).
• Experience in regulated environments, including RBAC and auditability.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop a conversational analytics agent covering NLU, text-to-SQL, query execution and answer synthesis.
• Implement LLM agent architectures and orchestration patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, multi-agent workflows).
• Build guardrails for hallucination prevention, traceability, scope enforcement and responsible AI.
• Integrate the agent with Snowflake, semantic layers, glossaries and KPI definitions.
• Define and maintain AI evaluation frameworks for SQL correctness and faithfulness.
• Establish observability, tracing and performance monitoring for agent behaviour.
• Set up CI/CD and automated regression testing for prompts and semantic artefacts.
• Collaborate with Data, Platform, AI Governance and Clinical Analytics teams.
