Accenture Belgium is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI system components across ML, generative AI, and agentic systems. You will translate architecture specs into production-quality software, wiring together agents, tools, and memory components in enterprise-grade solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate open-source libraries, implement security and observability, and deliver testable, well-documented components for complex AI deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience designing, coding, building advanced AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML using at least one cloud vendor.
• Experience in the Agentic, LLM and Generative AI space.
• Experience in coding and engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions and applications.
• Coding experience using Python.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and configure agents and integrate them into multi-agent workflows.
• Implement agent orchestration logic for task handoffs, communication, and error recovery.
• Build evaluation harnesses and test suites to measure agent quality and inform design improvements.
• Integrate foundation models into applications and select model invocation patterns.
• Build and run model fine-tuning pipelines for domain adaptation.
