Rhox is seeking a senior business project manager to coordinate a culture transformation programme, working with the culture strategy lead to align delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting across the programme.

You will maintain the roadmap, connect HR, Communications, business stakeholders and external partners, and keep sponsors and governance bodies informed, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in project management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Structured, pragmatic and goal-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and synthesis skills, and an overall view.
• Strong communication, diplomatic and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to motivate people and work autonomously, proactively and persistently.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
• Track risks, issues, resources, capacity, budget, performance and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate diagnostics, workshops, meetings and culture engagement activities.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, action trackers and stakeholder materials.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering progress, adoption, participation and culture-related KPIs.
• Maintain documentation, version control, change control, SharePoint sites and roadmaps.
• Liaise with HR, Communications, business teams and partners, and drive agreed actions to completion.
