Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking an actuary specializing in pensions and employee benefits with 4+ years of experience to advise a broad client portfolio and conduct actuarial valuations under IFRS and US GAAP. You will coordinate cross-border projects, support Audit with technical expertise, and collaborate with Tax, Legal, Deals, and Accounting Advisory to deliver holistic solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in actuarial valuations and employee benefits consultancy.
Ability to simplify complex technical matters for non-specialists.
Strong client orientation and collaboration across teams.
Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Advise a broad portfolio of clients on pensions and employee benefits.
Conduct actuarial valuations under IFRS and US GAAP; coordinate cross-border projects.
Support Audit with technical expertise on IFRS/US GAAP and review IORPs provisions under Belgian law.
Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Deals, and Accounting Advisory on holistic solutions.
Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to department growth.
