Job summary

Sander Brussels seeks an experienced Actuary for Pension Funds & Employee Benefits in Antwerp. You will own a client portfolio, lead actuarial valuations, funding decisions, and IFRS/IAS reporting while advising on ALM and regulatory matters.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong client relationships, and collaboration across departments to deliver complex actuarial projects for major Belgian pension funds and large corporate employers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science or quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in pensions, benefits, or actuarial consultancy.
• Fluent in Dutch with good professional knowledge of French.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as business owner for a portfolio of pension fund and corporate clients.
• Manage actuarial valuations, funding monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare IFRS/IAS calculations and reports.
• Translate actuarial analyses into clear client recommendations.
• Develop long-term client relationships and lead projects.
