PwC Belgium seeks an actuary with at least four years’ experience to lead pensions and employee benefits advisory within the Governance, Risk & Compliance FS team. You will advise clients, perform valuations under IFRS/US GAAP, and coordinate cross‑border projects while collaborating with Tax, Legal, Deals, and Accounting Advisory.

Coaching junior staff and expanding our services are key parts of the role. You will join a flexible, hybrid workplace with opportunities to work abroad and develop

Qualifications

• Actuary or master’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience.
• Solid expertise in actuarial valuations and employee benefits consultancy.
• Able to simplify complex technical matters for non‑specialists.
• Team player with strong client orientation and a critical mindset.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Coaching experience is a plus and commercial skills are valued.

Responsabilités

• Advise a broad portfolio of clients on pensions and employee benefits.
• Conduct actuarial valuations under IFRS and US GAAP; coordinate cross‑border projects.
• Support Audit with IFRS/US GAAP expertise; review IORPs provisions under Belgian law.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Deals, and Accounting Advisory to deliver holistic solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to department growth.
• Expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships.
