Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Assurance Insurance team. You will work on diverse client projects, contributing to risk and regulatory advisory, and helping insurers transform processes and governance.

The role values collaboration, a proactive mindset, and fluency in Dutch and/or French plus English. You’ll gain exposure to international clients, flexible hybrid work, and opportunities to develop through PwC’s training programs.

Qualifications

• Master of (applied) economics, finance, civil engineering, business engineering (e.g. management information systems) or law, or another discipline with a relevant economic major
• Two to three years of consulting or audit experience, ideally in a big four or niche firm or in insurance
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English

Responsibilities

• Work on projects for insurance clients of varying size
• Support risk and regulatory advisory, helping clients transform operating models and processes
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality services across different projects
• Learn about regulations and their impact on governance, processes, organization, people and technology
• Contribute to transforming client businesses and achieving cost and productivity goals
• Engage with clients and share ideas within the team
