Easyvest is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own how Belgian companies build pension plans for their employees. You will prospect, pitch and close B2B deals with HR Directors, CFOs and CEOs, and build a pipeline from scratch with a trusted-advisor mindset.

Join a fintech that champions a transparent, digital-first pension solution, collaborating closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment in Brussels. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits, group insurance, or B2B financial sales.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian pension funding and related frameworks.
• Proven hunter mentality with end-to-end sales responsibility.
• Excellent consultative selling, listening, diagnosing, educating and closing.
• Native Dutch and professional English; French a plus.
