Payflip is growing rapidly and seeks a Belgian-based Account Executive to evangelize our salary solution. You will lead the full sales cycle, engage with employers, and drive adoption of our flexible compensation platform across Belgium.

You’ll represent Payflip at HR events, refine our sales approach, and help grow a national customer base. Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is a plus, and ambitious, results-driven sales professionals are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant commercial experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signature using the sales playbook.
• Represent Payflip at HR events across Belgium and tell our story to potential customers.
• Build growth of Payflip's Belgian customer base in your segment.
