NATO site in Mons, Belgium is seeking a hands-on user support technician to cover a short-term absence. You will keep computing, printing and network devices installed and working.

Responsibilities include installing software, configuring Active Directory and Group Policy, deploying packages, and assisting colleagues with IT issues.

Contract runs 28 September to 31 December 2026 (425 hours), on site during office hours, with required NATO clearance.

Qualifications

• Certification: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
• Hands-on experience with System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience with Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.
• Three years in CIS environment, three years supporting IT users and three years in IT administration.
• Good knowledge of PC deployment, OS and office automation software.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and operate computing, printing and network devices.
• Install and configure software on workstations and networked clients.
• Configure local server software and peripheral devices.
• Create and troubleshoot user access on devices.
• Work with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Execute support requests and prepare software packages for deployment.
• Contribute to IT security compliance, incident, change and asset management.
