Key duties include installing, maintaining, and operating computing, printing, and network devices, configuring COTS software, and managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. Collaboration with the customer office is essential.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification.
• Experience with System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience managing Active Directory users, accounts and permissions.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and operate computing, printing and network devices for office automation.
• Install and configure COTS software on workstations and networked PCs.
• Install and configure network client software on LAN workstations.
