Work Life Group is recruiting IT support technicians for a NATO-end-user device deployment across multiple NATO locations in Europe. The role focuses on end-user and deskside support rather than infrastructure.

Active NATO Secret clearance, L1/L2 support experience, and strong English are required. Flexible assignments across Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and more, with travel and weekly onsite support days as needed.

Qualifications

• Active personal NATO Secret security clearance.
• L1 or L2 IT support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC, Field Support, Service Desk or IMAC experience.
• Comfortable providing onsite end-user support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user/device issues.
• Professional working English.
• Availability for at least one of the project locations/periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user and deskside IT support at NATO sites.
• Assist users with login and basic device issues during handovers.
• Support end-user laptop replacements and incident triage onsite.
• Coordinate with deployment teams for on-site deployment weeks.
