Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Two years post-related experience with higher vocational training, or four years with secondary education.
• Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining financial records for compliance and audit.
• Knowledge of appropriate procurement methods.
• Experience with high value, high volume framework contracts for services.

Responsibilities

• Addresses all contractual matters in competitive and sole source procurement, including drafting, coordination and release of solicitations, evaluation of bids and award of contracts.
• Coordinates with contractors to ensure compliance and timely performance of contract tasks.
• Performs contract administration tasks including processing changes and amendments.
• Reviews business cases and determines procurement routes (open market or framework).
• Investigates, resolves or escalates procurement related issues.
• Implements supplier service improvement actions and programmes.
• Supports internal customers with procurement related issues.
• Provides timely contribution to ACQ and NCI Agency reporting.
• Keeps line manager informed of problems and concerns.
• Performs any other duties as required.
