Spektrum supports NATO and allied customers with secure communications, testing, and engineering services. The role focuses on BRASS/BRIPES configurations, interoperability across STANAG 5066, 4538, and 4539, and rigorous documentation.

Candidates will conduct testing, validation, and development of service instructions while coordinating with NCIA and NATO stakeholders. Remote collaboration is supported for international teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field and post-related experience.
• Minimum two years in engineering, implementation, configuration, or support of secure comms systems.
• Proven ability to develop or support testing environments and interoperability testing.

Responsabilités

• Characterize BLOS AP use cases and define configuration baselines.
• Prepare and maintain STANAG 5066 protocol stack docs for BRASS enhancements.
• Perform interoperability analysis on STANAGs and document discrepancies.
• Optimize configuration baselines based on performance criteria.
• Develop and validate service instructions and engineering documentation.
