5th Floor is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile transformation in a public administration context. You will lead daily Scrum events, coach teams, and help the PO focus on delivering business value.

You will identify problems, organise workshops, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and strong French language skills with passive English understanding, with 2–3 days of teleworking per week included in the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Excellent command of French with passive English understanding.
• Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.

Responsabilités

• You have an excellent command of French and a passive understanding of English.
• You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
