5th Floor is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile transformation in a public administration context. You will lead daily Scrum events, coach teams, and help the PO focus on delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Excellent command of French with passive English understanding.
• Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead Scrum events on a daily basis and facilitate team collaboration.
• Coach the team in adopting agile values and practices.
• Help the team and Product Owner focus on business value.
• Identify problems and organise workshops to find solutions.
