5th Floor is seeking a motivated professional to join our Agile team in Belgium. You will collaborate with a Scrum Master, proxy PO, Agile Analyst and Developers to deliver valuable applications. You will translate the client’s vision into actionable stories and participate in workshops with end users and experts.

Regular feedback from stakeholders will guide change management and feature deployment. Fluent French is essential, and prior experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development team (min 5 years).
• Good knowledge in modelling.
• Fluent in French (oral and written).
• Results-oriented with ability to translate vision into team actions.
• Able to communicate with stakeholders and facilitate exchanges.
• Experience in Belgian social security or the public sector is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Join a team consisting of Scrum Master, (proxy) PO, Agile Analyst and Developers.
• Work with the (proxy) Product Owner, domain experts, end-users and the development team to deliver applications.
• Help the development team maximise impact by understanding customer and industry vision and communicating it to the team.
• Participate in creation of workshops with end users, experts and the development team.
• Develop concise and clear stories to discuss with the development team.
• Support the client in change management, continuous improvement and deployment of new features by collecting metrics and communicating benefits.
• Identify and implement other projects to propose effective solutions for the user.
• Integrate into the client’s environment and navigate team dynamics.

Your mission

• You will join a team consisting of Scrum Master, (proxy) PO, Agile Analyst and Developers.
• You will work closely with the (proxy) Product Owner, domain experts, end-users and the development team to proactively and continuously deliver applications.
• You help the development team to maximise its impact: understand the customer and industry vision, communicate this vision to your team, identify opportunities, define and communicate objectives.
• You participate in the creation of workshops with end users, experts and the development team.
• You develop concise and clear stories to discuss with the development team.
• You support the client in change management, continuous improvement and the deployment of new features by collecting metrics on quality, usage and expected benefits, possible adaptation of functionalities, regular and proactive communication to support change.
• You will identify and implement other projects that seem relevant to you in order to propose effective solutions for the user (process, model, etc.).
• You will be able to integrate into the client’s environment and be sensitive to the dynamics between teams.

Your profile

• Curious and eager to learn, you love to progress and develop your approaches.
• You have a results-oriented mindset. Collaborating, analysing, planning, taking initiatives and improving stimulate you on a daily basis.
• You are a team player with the skills to translate the client’s vision and needs to your team, and you also like to stimulate exchange within your team to facilitate development.
• You communicate fluently in French, both orally and in writing, both in a small circle and with large audiences.
• You like to get regular feedback from the different stakeholders of the project. The role of mediator/intermediary suits you well.
• Experience in the Belgian social security or public sector is an asset.
• You have experience in an Agile/Scrum development team (min 5 years).
• You have a good knowledge in modelling.
