Cegeka is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile squads within a multi-team environment. You will drive delivery, foster Agile maturity, and ensure predictable delivery across the programme.

You will facilitate Scrum of Scrums, govern Jira initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and strengthen practices. Fluency in Dutch or French plus English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile environments.
• Proven experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in Scrum of Scrums and scaling practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira governance and reporting.

For a strategic digital transformation initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach one or more Agile squads within a complex multi-team environment.

This role combines Agile leadership, delivery management and stakeholder alignment. You will help teams achieve predictable delivery while strengthening Agile maturity across the programme.

Your Responsibilities

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience in large-scale Agile environments
• Experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams
• Strong expertise in Scrum of Scrums and scaling practices
• Advanced knowledge of Jira governance and reporting
• Autonomous and results-driven approach

Nice to Have

• PSM, CSM or equivalent certifications
• Experience with SAFe
• Jira Advanced Roadmaps / Plans
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows
