Job summary

Harmoney in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable integrations that connect our fintech platform with customer systems. You will join a dedicated squad, own the integration catalogue, and help lay groundwork for an integration marketplace.

You will explore new integrations, build and improve them, maintain interfaces and work with core, custom and sales teams to launch integrations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software or integration engineering.
• Build with Java, REST and OpenAPI with confidence.
• Knowledge of OAuth authentication and security considerations.
• Design integrations that last and scale with growth.
• Communicate clearly with technical and business colleagues.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Explore new integrations from requirements to proof of concept.
• Build new integrations and improve existing ones.
• Support and maintain the integrations our customers rely on today.
• Maintain and extend interfaces between our product and its integrations.
• Investigate and improve our overall integration architecture.
• Develop our integration catalogue, and later an integration marketplace.
• Partner with the core team, custom team and sales to get integrations live.
