Job summary

Harmoney, a fintech scale-up headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking an Integration Engineer to turn integrations into a scalable, reliable part of the Harmoney platform. You will own the integration catalogue and lay groundwork for an upcoming integration marketplace, collaborating with core, custom, and sales teams to deploy live integrations.

You’ll build with Java, REST and OpenAPI, work with OAuth, and deliver robust integrations in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software or integration engineering and a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field.

Your impact

As Integration Engineer, you'll make integrations a scalable, reliable part of the Harmoney platform.

Integrations are one of the engines of our growth, so we're turning them into a dedicated squad. Your work lets our customers orchestrate their business processes end to end in a single platform. Within your first year, you'll take full ownership of our integration catalogue and lay the groundwork for an integration marketplace.

What you'll do

You'll thrive in this role if you...

• Have 3 to 6 years of experience in software or integration engineering and a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field
• Build with Java, REST and OpenAPI with confidence
• Know your way around authentication frameworks such as OAuth
• Think beyond the requirements and design integrations that last
• Take ownership before, during and after implementation
• Communicate clearly with technical and business colleagues alike
• Are fluent in English and Dutch

Bonus points for experience with Quarkus, Kubernetes, Azure, service mesh, SAML or single sign-on, AI or the compliance domain, and for the ambition to lead a team one day.
