Job summary

Harmoney in Belgium is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex SaaS deployments for banks, insurers, and other regulated clients. You will bridge customers, Product and Engineering to deliver go-lives on time and to spec, while ensuring scalable configurations aligned with our product vision.

The role offers ownership and visibility in a fast-growing scale-up, with flexible remote work, a dedicated product and engineering team, and a strong focus on customer success across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering SaaS implementations or similar customer-facing technology initiatives.
• KYC / AML expertise.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments.
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations.
• Guide customers towards best-practice adoption of the platform.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
