CNT Management Consulting AG seeks an experienced SAP Logistics leader to establish and head a Belgium-based SAP Logistics team (EWM, MM) and guide project delivery in larger ERP initiatives. You will mentor professionals, drive presales, and foster strong customer relationships across Europe.

The role emphasizes leadership, SAP expertise (EWM, MM, TM), and a passion for open collaboration. Travel and a dynamic, international work setting are involved.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional leadership experience in projects.
• Disciplinary leadership experience desirable
• Independent, customer and solution-oriented work
• Excellent know-how in the SAP EWM module with more than 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of the MM and TM modules
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgium and develop team skills.
• Lead functional roles with customers on ERP projects focusing on logistics.
• Conduct customer workshops and presentations.
• Presales responsibility, identifying needs, and tailoring solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Advise on SAP EWM projects.
• Support development of customer-specific enhancements.
• Technical project lead in consulting and meetings.
• Execute implementation, optimization and release-change projects.
• Lead client workshops and presentations.
• Mentor junior professionals and oversee consultants.
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills.

These your tasks are:

• Establishment and leadership of a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgium and continuous development of team members’ skills
