CNT Management Consulting seeks a senior SAP Logistics leader to establish and head a dedicated EWM/MM team in Belgium, steering large ERP projects with a focus on logistics. You will run customer workshops, drive presales, and deliver tailored SAP solutions while mentoring junior consultants.

You will work in an international environment, supported by flexible remote-work options, and collaborate with clients across Europe and beyond on challenging SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in SAP ERP projects, especially logistics
• Deep expertise in SAP EWM with 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong client-facing and presales capabilities with workshops and presentations

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgium and continuously develop team members’ skills
• Lead functional work streams with customers on ERP projects focusing on Logistics
• Conduct customer workshops and build tailored SAP solutions
• Own presales activities, identify customer needs, and contribute to winning deals
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and advise on SAP EWM projects
• Drive development of customer-specific enhancements and provide technical project leadership

What your tasks are

• Establishment and leadership of a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgiumand continuous development of team members’ skills
• Leading functional role with our customers within larger ERP projects focusing on Logistics
• Conducting customer workshops and presentations
• Responsibility for presales, identifying customer needs, and developing tailored solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Advice to customers within SAP EWM projects
• Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements
• Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings
• Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects
• Leading client workshops and presentations
• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• Several years of professional leadership experience in projects
• Disciplinary leadership experience desirable

Independent, customer and solution-oriented work

Excellent know-how in the SAP EWMmodule with more than 5 years of experience

• Knowledge of the MM and TM modules

Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Interest in open and constructive cooperation

Business fluent in Dutch/French and English
